Bible TCG Artist Program Application Terms
September 29, 2026. Document ID: BTCG-ARTIST-PROGRAM-TERMS.
Contracting business: [Bible TCG Inc.].
1. Application and eligibility. These Terms govern an application, not a commission. Applicants must be at least eighteen and legally able to contract where they work. State your actual residence, work location, identity and any employer, studio or contributor who may hold rights. Selection considers artistic suitability, biblical and technical requirements, originality, reliability and available assignments. No application fee, acceptance, commission count, income or future assignment is promised by applying. Contact rocky@bibletcg.com for assistance.
2. Portfolio permission and privacy. Submit material you are authorized to show. You retain your portfolio rights and grant Bible TCG only the permission reasonably necessary for private application review, administration and appropriate records, including by authorized reviewers under confidentiality. Applying does not assign your portfolio, authorize public promotion or permit model training on it. Do not send confidential third-party work without authority or unnecessary sensitive information. The Privacy Policy explains the information handling; optional promotional permission is separate.
3. Commissioning. Work begins only after the Master Artist Agreement and a specific Artwork Assignment have been accepted. The assignment identifies the illustration, brief, references, technical deliverables, evidence method, timing, qualifying sequence and compensation. The master relationship itself does not order twenty illustrations or guarantee a particular Rarity. Local mandatory remuneration, rights and execution requirements must be satisfied for the actual assignment; the public summary does not displace them.
4. Standard Genesis compensation. Under the standard signed terms, qualifying finally accepted illustrations 1–5 earn three Genesis First Edition Collector Booster Boxes each; 6–10 earn four each; 11–15 earn five each; and 16–20 earn six each. Completing all twenty therefore earns ninety boxes. Sequence and batch reservations follow the assignment record. The usual individual limit is twenty without an express amendment. The planned full artistic progression is eight Commons, six Uncommons, four Rares and two Holy Rares, subject to specific commissions; compensation follows the sequence rather than an automatic rarity bonus. Approximately ten full-progression artists is a planning objective, not a guarantee of selection or a cap on total artist compensation.
The entitlement is earned upon written Final Acceptance and delivery of the required materials. It remains owed if accepted work is later replaced or not printed. There is no automatic sketch, progress or voluntary cancellation fee before acceptance under the standard bargain, but mandatory payment and remedies for breach remain available. The compensation is goods, not a promise of cash value, resale profit, royalties, equity or discretionary future work. A mandatory local payment requirement overrides an incompatible standard term.
5. Delivery and rights return. First Edition depends on 10,000 qualifying paid customer First Edition Collector Booster Box allocations and completion of all 250 commissioned illustrations, with no separate guaranteed manufacturing date. Every qualifying paid customer Box allocation counts, whether from a first Founder order or a later order. Nevertheless, earned Artist Boxes have a separate delivery deadline: seven years from the recorded Work Completion Date for each accepted illustration, or earlier where law requires. Work Completion Date is based on actual delivery of the completed version later accepted with its required materials, not delayed administrative acceptance or completion of the entire Set. If First Edition compensation Boxes will not be available by an illustration's applicable deadline, the signed standard agreement may permit delivery of one sealed Founder Booster Box for each undelivered First Edition Collector Booster Box entitlement. Each authorized replacement must be delivered by the same deadline and fully satisfies its corresponding entitlement. That First Edition Box is not additionally owed when the commissioned release becomes available. The fallback does not amend an earlier signed agreement that did not authorize it. If full compensation for an illustration, including any replacement expressly permitted by its signed fallback terms, remains undelivered at its deadline, the signed agreement provides automatic return of the acquired rights, cessation of affected uses, and no automatic sell-through of Bible TCG's remaining stock. Partial or late delivery does not automatically preserve or reacquire those rights. Accrued compensation claims remain subject to the agreement and law without double recovery. Bible TCG pays standard outbound shipping; additional duties, brokerage, import taxes, and unusual destination charges are discussed and allocated in writing before dispatch. Unresolved charges do not extend the deadline.
6. Human creation and rights. Commissioned First Edition final artwork must be newly human-created without generative AI under the agreement's defined requirements. A supplied AI-assisted development reference does not authorize copying unlicensed protected expression or incorporating generated pixels into the commissioned final illustration. Agreed canvas-focused recordings, intermediate files and source materials support verification; they are not unrestricted device surveillance or automatic proof of authorship. Private verification evidence is not automatically licensed for publicity. Upon Final Acceptance, the signed agreement transfers the specified commercial rights in the final work and all assignment-specific sketches, studies, drafts, alternatives and working materials, subject to its rights-return provisions. Physical originals, pre-existing material, third-party rights and moral rights are addressed separately. Project-specific commercialization restrictions cover pending and unaccepted commissioned materials as stated in that agreement; they do not acquire unpaid work or prohibit unrelated independent art. Agreed credit and post-reveal portfolio display do not reserve separate merchandise rights. Review the actual restrictions and liability provisions before signing.
7. Priority and versions. Applying is not acceptance of future commission terms. The signed master agreement, assignments and validly accepted addenda govern commissioned work. Public updates do not reduce earned compensation or rewrite an executed assignment. Applicable mandatory rights remain preserved.
