1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Rocky Santangela, carrying on business as Bible TCG (“Bible TCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through BibleTCG.com, its subdomains, the Bible TCG Store, Bible TCG Online, Member features, Online Programs, Loyalty, community spaces, communications, Events, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Bible TCG is responsible for the personal information under its control. Rocky Santangela acts as the Privacy Officer and may be contacted at:

2. Scope and roles
This Policy applies when Bible TCG decides why and how personal information is processed. Some service providers, payment processors, platforms, app stores, shipping carriers, or linked services may independently process information under their own policies. When Bible TCG processes information for another organization under a separate contract, that organization’s notice may apply.
“Personal information” means information about an identified or reasonably identifiable individual. It may include names, contact details, account identifiers, IP addresses, cookie identifiers, order history, gameplay records, and User Content. Information that has been irreversibly anonymized so that it cannot reasonably identify an individual is not personal information.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with Bible TCG, we may collect:
Information you provide
-
identity and contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address;
-
account information, such as username, encrypted or provider-managed credentials, Member ID, Founder number, role, preferences, and profile information;
-
transaction information, such as products, quantities, prices, discounts, Loyalty activity, gift-card activity, payment status, refunds, chargebacks, tax information, and delivery details;
-
support and communication information, including emails, forms, survey responses, complaints, privacy requests, and customer-service records;
-
Online Program information, including enrolment, progress, completion, responses, and participation;
-
community information, including comments, posts, messages, reviews, reports, Event registrations, and other User Content;
-
connected-account information you authorize a third party, such as Discord, to provide;
-
Artist, Ambassador, organizer, contractor, or business-partner information when you apply or participate; and
-
any other information you voluntarily submit.
Information collected automatically
-
device and browser information, operating system, language, screen settings, application version, and device identifiers;
-
IP address, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, referring pages, pages viewed, clicks, session information, and diagnostic logs;
-
cookie, pixel, local-storage, and similar technology identifiers, subject to consent requirements;
-
Bible TCG Online information, such as account status, client version, login and refresh events, collection, Decks, cards, Packs, rewards, matches, activities, progression, market activity, anti-cheat signals, errors, crashes, and security logs; and
-
Store and communication engagement information, such as cart activity, checkout events, email delivery, opens, clicks, and unsubscribe status, where legally permitted.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from Wix and its integrated business tools, payment processors, shipping providers, fraud-prevention services, analytics and advertising providers, connected community platforms, Event organizers, referral sources, or public sources. We collect only what is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.
4. Payment information
Payments are processed by Wix and the payment providers enabled at checkout. Bible TCG generally receives payment status, transaction identifiers, limited payment-method details, billing information, and fraud signals rather than complete card numbers or security codes. Payment providers handle payment credentials under their own terms and privacy policies.
Do not send complete card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or other highly sensitive credentials by email, chat, comment, or support form.
5. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
-
provide, personalize, maintain, and secure the Services;
-
create and administer accounts, usernames, Member identities, Founder numbers, roles, and permissions;
-
process payments, orders, preorders, taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, refunds, gift cards, and Loyalty benefits;
-
deliver digital content, Online Programs, Bible TCG Online access, Packs, rewards, and entitlements;
-
operate gameplay, matchmaking, progression, Decks, collections, marketplaces, leaderboards, achievements, support, and anti-cheat systems;
-
enable comments, community participation, Events, Discord connections, and organizer functions;
-
send transactional and service messages, including receipts, security alerts, account notices, fulfilment updates, and important policy changes;
-
send marketing communications where we have the required consent or another lawful basis;
-
remember preferences and obtain or record consent;
-
analyze performance, diagnose errors, understand use, prevent abuse, and improve the Services;
-
detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, cheating, security incidents, policy violations, unlawful conduct, chargebacks, and threats;
-
enforce agreements and protect the rights, property, safety, integrity, and fair operation of Bible TCG, users, and third parties;
-
meet accounting, tax, legal, regulatory, insurance, audit, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution requirements; and
-
carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected, with any consent required by law.
We will not use personal information for a materially new purpose without providing notice and obtaining consent where required.
6. Legal bases for EEA and UK individuals
Where European or United Kingdom data-protection law applies, we process information under one or more of these legal bases:
-
Contract: to create accounts, process orders, deliver purchases, provide gameplay, administer programs, and respond to requests.
-
Legitimate interests: to secure and improve the Services, prevent fraud and cheating, maintain records, understand ordinary use, and protect legal rights, where those interests are not overridden by individual rights.
-
Consent: for nonessential cookies, certain analytics or advertising, optional marketing, connected services, and other uses requiring consent. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
-
Legal obligation: for taxes, accounting, consumer protection, sanctions, regulatory requests, and other binding requirements.
-
Protection of vital interests or legal claims: where reasonably necessary to protect a person or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
7. When we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to:
-
Wix and enabled Wix services, which support the website, Store, Members Area, forms, Blog, Online Programs, Loyalty, gift cards, email, analytics, and related functionality;
-
payment and fraud-prevention providers to authorize payments, detect abuse, process refunds, and handle disputes;
-
hosting, database, infrastructure, and software providers, including providers used for Bible TCG Online, application delivery, backups, monitoring, and security;
-
shipping carriers, fulfilment partners, manufacturers, customs intermediaries, and address-validation providers as needed to make and deliver physical products;
-
analytics, advertising, and consent-management providers, but only as permitted by consent and applicable law;
-
communications and support providers used to send email, manage requests, or provide customer support;
-
community and connected-platform providers, such as Discord, when you choose to connect or participate;
-
professional advisers and insurers, including lawyers, accountants, auditors, investigators, and insurers under appropriate duties;
-
law-enforcement, courts, regulators, tax authorities, or other persons when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or legal claims; and
-
a successor or transaction participant in a genuine financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, or transfer of all or part of Bible TCG, subject to confidentiality, notice, and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising disclosures may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some regional laws even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, we provide consent choices or an opt-out through the cookie banner, privacy controls, or a request to rocky@bibletcg.com.
8. International processing and transfers
Bible TCG is based in Canada, and its providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries. Information processed outside your jurisdiction may be subject to different laws and lawful access by courts, law-enforcement, or national-security authorities.
Where required, we use contracts, adequacy mechanisms, consent, or other legally recognized safeguards for international transfers. Contact the Privacy Officer for additional information about applicable safeguards.
9. Consent and choices
We seek meaningful consent appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the context. Necessary processing may be required to provide an account, purchase, shipment, or security function. Optional processing, such as certain marketing or nonessential tracking, is presented separately where required.
You may:
-
unsubscribe from marketing using the link in a message or by contacting us;
-
manage nonessential cookies through the site’s privacy control;
-
change available account or communication preferences;
-
disconnect an optional third-party integration where supported; or
-
withdraw consent for optional processing by contacting the Privacy Officer.
Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent us from providing a feature that genuinely requires the information. We may retain limited suppression records so that we respect an unsubscribe request.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for security, authentication, shopping carts, preferences, functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, performance, and—if enabled and consented to—advertising. Essential technologies may operate because they are required to provide a service you requested. Nonessential technologies are controlled through the consent banner where required.
The Cookie Policy explains the categories, choices, and current provider list. Because technologies can change, the cookie banner and its scan results are the most current source for individual cookie names and durations.
11. Marketing communications
We send promotional email or electronic messages only where permitted by law. Marketing consent is separate from accepting Terms, creating an account, or completing a purchase unless applicable law expressly permits a limited form of implied consent. Messages identify Bible TCG and include a working unsubscribe method. Service messages that are necessary for an account, security, transaction, preorder, or policy update are not marketing subscriptions.
12. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including to provide Services, maintain security, preserve transaction and consent records, comply with tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention depends on the record:
-
account and gameplay records are generally retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recovery, security, disputes, and legal obligations;
-
order, payment, tax, fulfilment, refund, and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable financial and legal rules;
-
marketing records are retained until consent is withdrawn, followed by limited suppression information;
-
support, moderation, anti-cheat, fraud, and security records are retained according to risk, limitation periods, and enforcement needs;
-
User Content is retained while published or required to operate the relevant feature and may remain temporarily in backups after deletion; and
-
aggregated or irreversibly anonymized information may be retained because it no longer identifies an individual.
We periodically review retention and securely delete, anonymize, or isolate information when it is no longer required.
13. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity and risks of the information. Measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, credential hashing or provider-managed authentication, logging, backups, least-privilege access, vendor controls, monitoring, and incident response.
No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using unique credentials, securing your devices, and reporting suspected unauthorized access. We will investigate privacy or security incidents and notify affected individuals and regulators when required by law.
14. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
-
know whether and how we process your personal information;
-
access or obtain a copy of it;
-
correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
-
request deletion, de-indexing, restriction, or anonymization where applicable;
-
withdraw consent;
-
object to certain processing, marketing, profiling, sale, sharing, or targeted advertising;
-
receive portable information in an applicable format;
-
request information about service-provider categories and international processing;
-
challenge compliance or complain to a privacy regulator; and
-
receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
Rights are not absolute. We may need to verify identity and may retain information required for transactions, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, another person’s rights, or legal claims. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority where required.
Submit requests to rocky@bibletcg.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the request and identify the account or transaction involved. Do not send identity documents unless we request a secure verification method. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
15. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Users under the age of majority require parent or guardian permission. If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it unless law requires retention.
Parents or guardians may contact the Privacy Officer regarding a minor’s information. Bible TCG may introduce a verified-parent system in the future, but no such system should be assumed unless expressly announced in a separate notice.
16. Automated processing
We may use automated signals to identify suspected fraud, cheating, account abuse, payment risk, or security threats and to personalize ordinary functionality. We do not currently make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing without meaningful review where applicable law requires it. Affected users may request review by contacting us.
17. Do Not Track and privacy signals
Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across the industry. Where required and technically supported, we respond to legally recognized opt-out preference signals. You may also use the site’s privacy control or contact us to exercise applicable rights.
18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as technologies, providers, products, or laws change. The last-updated date will be revised. Material changes will be highlighted or communicated where required, and renewed consent will be requested when a new use requires it.
19. Questions and complaints
Contact the Privacy Officer first so we can try to resolve your concern. You may also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, a provincial privacy authority, or the supervisory authority where you live.
