1. Agreement and scope. These Terms govern BibleTCG.com and related Bible TCG services when presented and accepted as applicable. Review the terms before creating an account or using a feature requiring agreement. The accepted offer and subject-specific terms govern their subject; a signed program agreement governs the commissioned or appointed relationship. Mandatory law prevails. Public descriptions and other legally binding representations are not cancelled by a general disclaimer.

2. Eligibility. Online accounts, direct online submissions and rated League enrollment are available from age thirteen, subject to higher applicable requirements. Minors need an appropriate parent or guardian to authorize their participation and any transaction for which they lack legal capacity. A parent may buy physical products in the parent's own name. Do not falsify an age or give a child an adult's account. Artists and appointed organizers must meet their program's adult eligibility requirements. Supervised offline learning may be available to younger children separately from online accounts and rated records.

3. Accounts. Supply accurate necessary information, protect credentials and report unauthorized access promptly. Do not impersonate another person, buy or sell accounts, evade restrictions or use unauthorized payments. You are responsible for activity you authorize; this does not make you automatically liable for every unauthorized transaction. We may request proportionate verification before providing sensitive access or benefits.

4. Permitted use. We grant a limited, personal, revocable permission to use available services as intended. Do not infringe rights, distribute malware, disrupt services, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate rewards or results, scrape protected material without authorization, bypass security or access information you are not entitled to see. Mandatory rights, including applicable interoperability or legal exceptions, remain unaffected. Report security concerns privately to rocky@bibletcg.com without exploiting or publicizing personal information.

5. Content and availability. Bible TCG provides a biblical trading card game and related educational and entertainment content. Descriptions of ministry or religious purpose do not turn purchases into charitable donations or promise spiritual, academic, financial or professional outcomes. AI-assisted tools can make mistakes; current official rules, errata and responsible human officials control game rulings. We may correct errors and change services for legitimate reasons, respecting paid commitments and mandatory remedies. Development previews and roadmaps are plans unless expressly offered as contractual benefits.

6. User submissions. You retain your rights in original content you submit. For content you intentionally post to a public feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute it as reasonably necessary to operate that feature, including through our service providers. This is not permission to sell your artwork as merchandise or use your likeness in unrelated advertising. Separate permission governs promotional reposting outside that purpose. Removal ends new public use within a reasonable time, subject to necessary records, lawful earlier distribution and other users' legitimate interactions. Private portfolios, applications, commission files and verification footage follow their specific terms. General suggestions may be used without a fee to the extent no separate protected rights are taken. Do not submit confidential proposals without an appropriate agreement.

7. Third parties. Independent retailers, venues, payment providers, community platforms and linked services may have their own terms. Their involvement does not make every act ours or remove responsibilities we actually undertake. Review their relevant notices. No third-party endorsement or insurance coverage is implied merely by a link or program listing.

8. Enforcement. We may restrict content, accounts or access for a material breach, fraud, security or safety risk, legal requirement or program closure. We use measures proportionate to the circumstances, providing reasons and a chance to respond where lawful and practicable. Urgent protective action may be immediate. Request review at rocky@bibletcg.com; ordinarily we accept review requests within thirty days of a decision. This internal process does not limit legal remedies. A restriction does not automatically confiscate purchased products, validly earned compensation or a legally required refund.

9. Disclaimers and liability. Except for express commitments and mandatory protections, services are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free software, a particular competitive result or collectible value. To the maximum extent law permits, Bible TCG excludes indirect or consequential loss and lost speculative profits. For other legally limitable claims under these Terms, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of CA$100 and the amount paid to Bible TCG for the affected product or service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Related claims share that limit. It does not reduce an owed refund, required delivery or other mandatory consumer remedy, earned program compensation, liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or death, injury, privacy or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. A specific signed agreement may provide a different allocation for its subject.

10. Claims and disputes. To the extent lawful, you are responsible for reasonable third-party losses caused by your intentional unlawful use, infringement or material breach, with proportionate responsibility, prompt notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond and defend. This does not shift our own misconduct or non-waivable duties to you. Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern, with competent courts in Ottawa unless a mandatory law permits or requires another forum. There is no mandatory arbitration agreement or waiver of non-waivable class, regulator or consumer rights. Contact us to try to resolve a dispute, without delaying an urgent remedy or legal deadline.

11. Changes and general terms. We give reasonable notice of material prospective changes; urgent security, safety or legal changes may take effect sooner. Where renewed acceptance is required, we obtain it. A website update alone does not reduce an earlier purchase promise. Severability operates only as law permits; non-enforcement once is not a permanent waiver. You may not transfer account access without authorization. A genuine business successor may receive the agreement if it assumes the obligations, subject to required consent and without automatically releasing accrued liabilities. Electronic records and signatures may be used where effective; contact us for a retainable copy.
