1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Rocky Santangela, carrying on business as Bible TCG (“Bible TCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our business address is 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1N 8S7, Canada. These Terms govern your access to and use of BibleTCG.com, its subdomains, pages, Store, accounts, Member features, Online Programs, community features, promotional materials, and any other website or service that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional policies listed in the Legal Center apply when you use the corresponding feature. If specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms control for that feature or transaction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Eligibility and minors

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Bible TCG account or provide personal information directly through the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for reviewing the applicable terms and for the minor’s use of the Services.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create accounts, make purchases, post content, or submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 has provided information should contact rocky@bibletcg.com so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

You must also be legally capable of entering into the transaction or agreement you accept. We may refuse or cancel access where age, identity, payment authorization, sanctions, fraud, or legal requirements cannot be reasonably verified.

3. Accounts and account security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, create an account for someone without authorization, sell or transfer an account, or use another person’s credentials.

Usernames are identity handles used across Bible TCG systems and may be subject to technical and community rules. Bible TCG may reject or change a username that is deceptive, infringing, offensive, reserved, confusingly similar to an official identity, or inconsistent with published username rules. User-initiated username changes may be unavailable; administrative corrections may be made when reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, authentication codes, and sessions and for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may require verification before restoring access or changing account information.

4. Permitted use

Bible TCG grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the Services for their intended lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable policies. This permission does not transfer ownership of any content, software, artwork, cards, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

You may not:

violate any law or another person’s rights;
interfere with, damage, overload, probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the Services, except where a non-waivable law expressly permits limited reverse engineering;
introduce malware, harmful code, automated traffic, credential attacks, or denial-of-service activity;
use bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated tools to create accounts, purchase limited products, manipulate availability, copy protected content, harvest data, or interfere with fair access;
evade a suspension, ban, purchase limit, geographic restriction, security measure, or access control;
use the Services to distribute spam, scams, unlawful advertising, counterfeit goods, or misleading claims;
reproduce, train, fine-tune, benchmark, or develop an artificial-intelligence system using Bible TCG artwork, card frames, books, site content, videos, or datasets without written permission;
falsely imply endorsement, partnership, official status, Founder status, Artist status, Ambassador status, administrative authority, or affiliation with Bible TCG; or
use the Services in any manner prohibited by the Community Guidelines, Game Terms, or Intellectual Property and Fan Content Policy.

5. Bible, educational, and theological content

Bible TCG is a Bible-based trading card game and related educational and entertainment project. Its writing expresses Bible TCG’s doctrinal positions and interpretations. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, financial, medical, mental-health, pastoral, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Users are responsible for their own decisions and for seeking qualified advice when appropriate.

Bible TCG may quote or reference Scripture. We do not claim ownership over Scripture where it is in the public domain or otherwise owned or controlled by another rights holder. Bible TCG does claim rights in its original selection, arrangement, commentary, rules, artwork, card designs, written explanations, branding, and other original expression.

6. Accuracy and changes

We aim to keep the Services accurate, but card text, game rules, product specifications, availability, artwork, schedules, prices, technical requirements, links, and other information may contain errors or may change. Images may be mockups, prototypes, digital renderings, proofs of concept, or preproduction representations. Colours and physical appearance may vary by screen, printer, material, manufacturing process, and production run.

We may correct errors, update content, change or discontinue features, rebalance gameplay, replace artwork, revise rules, or modify technical requirements. For completed purchases, any material change remains subject to the applicable Purchase Policy, Preorder Terms, and mandatory consumer rights.

7. Third-party services and links

The Services may interact with providers such as Wix, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, email services, shipping carriers, manufacturers, Discord, social platforms, app stores, or external websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Bible TCG is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, content, availability, security, or conduct, although we remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.

Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. You assume the ordinary risks of visiting or using third-party services.

8. Purchases and programs

Store orders are governed by the Purchase, Shipping, Returns and Cancellation Policy. Designated preorders and Founder offers are also governed by the Founder Preorder Terms. Bible TCG Online is governed by the EULA and Game Terms. Membership, Online Programs, Loyalty Points, Tiers, Store credit, and gift cards are governed by the Membership, Online Programs, Loyalty and Gift Card Terms.

Prices, availability, discounts, bonuses, limits, eligibility conditions, and fulfilment details shown at checkout form part of the applicable transaction. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not prevent cancellation for payment failure, fraud, pricing error, illegality, unavailable inventory, breach of stated limits, or another lawful reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide the refund required by the applicable policy and law.

9. User content

“User Content” includes comments, posts, usernames, profile information, messages, reviews, images, videos, Deck lists, Event reports, and other material a user submits or makes available through the Services.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Bible TCG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical display, distribute, display, and communicate that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and promote the feature in which it appears. This licence includes the right to use service providers for those purposes. Promotional use outside the original context will be reasonable and consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup cycles, legal records, content already shared by others, and materials incorporated into a promotion with your permission.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the User Content and that it does not violate law, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights. Bible TCG does not endorse User Content merely by hosting it.

10. Moderation, suspension, and termination

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict features, cancel transactions, suspend accounts, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Bible TCG, third parties, security, fair play, or legal compliance. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal, but immediate action may be taken for fraud, security threats, illegal conduct, serious harassment, cheating, exploitation, or urgent harm.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Termination does not erase completed transactions, accrued legal rights, payment obligations, enforcement records, or provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and free content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Bible TCG does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, compatibility with every device, preservation of every digital record, success in gameplay, availability of limited products, future market value, grading results, collectability, resale prices, or any particular commercial, spiritual, educational, or personal outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, conditions, representations, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where an implied warranty or condition cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the law permits.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bible TCG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising from the Services or these Terms, even if the possibility was known.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bible TCG’s aggregate liability arising from a paid Service or transaction will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Bible TCG for the specific Service or transaction giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event and any minimum amount required by law. For free Services, aggregate liability will not exceed CAD $100, except where such a limitation is prohibited.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, liability that cannot legally be limited, or your non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Bible TCG harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, your material breach of these Terms, or User Content that infringes another person’s rights. This provision does not require you to indemnify Bible TCG for Bible TCG’s own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection law, the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario have jurisdiction over disputes.

Before starting formal proceedings, you and Bible TCG agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by written notice. Send notices to rocky@bibletcg.com with the subject “Legal Dispute Notice” and describe the issue, relevant transaction, requested resolution, and contact information. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a consumer-protection process. Nothing deprives a consumer of rights or forums that cannot legally be waived in the consumer’s home jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, technology, security, products, or business practices. The updated date will be posted. Material changes will apply prospectively and, where required, will be presented for renewed acceptance. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights or materially alter a completed purchase unless permitted by law and the applicable transaction terms.

16. General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without written consent; Bible TCG may assign these Terms as part of a genuine business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law and without reducing consumer rights. Headings are for convenience. These Terms and the incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning their subject matter.
