Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose and scope
Bible TCG exists to connect people with the Word of God through cards, gameplay, learning, and community. These Guidelines apply to BibleTCG.com comments and profiles, Bible verse discussions, Member areas, Bible TCG Online communications, official Discord spaces, Online Programs, streams, Events, tournaments, and other community spaces controlled by Bible TCG.
Third-party platforms may impose additional rules. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply.
2. Treat people with dignity
Disagreement about Scripture, doctrine, gameplay, collecting, business decisions, or strategy does not excuse mistreatment. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, demean, sexually harass, or encourage abuse of another person. Do not target people with hateful or dehumanizing content based on protected characteristics.
Bible TCG may state and defend its own doctrinal positions. Respectful disagreement may be allowed, but persistent disruption, baiting, personal attacks, or using theology as a pretext for harassment may be moderated.
3. Protect minors and vulnerable people
Sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, requests for sexual material, or attempts to move minors into unsafe private conversations are prohibited and may be reported to authorities. Do not seek unnecessary personal information from minors or pressure them into purchases, trades, meetings, or private communications.
Users under the age of majority should involve a parent or guardian in purchases, in-person meetings, trades, or Events. Organizers must follow applicable safeguarding, supervision, venue, and reporting requirements.
4. No threats, violence, or dangerous conduct
Do not threaten violence, glorify real-world harm toward an identifiable person, encourage self-harm, organize criminal conduct, or publish instructions intended to facilitate immediate harm. Emergency threats may be referred to law enforcement or platform safety teams.
Biblical discussion, card artwork, and fictional gameplay may involve war, judgment, death, or difficult Scripture. Contextual discussion is not automatically prohibited, but it must not be used to threaten real people.
5. Privacy and personal information
Do not publish or solicit another person’s private information, including home address, private telephone number, credentials, payment details, identification documents, private messages, real-time location, or information that creates a safety risk. Do not record or publish someone’s image, voice, gameplay, or Event participation where consent or notice is legally required.
6. Honest identity and authority
Do not impersonate Bible TCG, staff, moderators, Artists, Ambassadors, organizers, Founders, Members, another user, a church, a company, or a public figure. Do not forge badges, Founder numbers, staff messages, Event results, card authenticity, order records, or screenshots.
Parody must be obvious and must not create confusion, fraud, harassment, or infringement.
7. No scams, spam, or manipulation
Do not use the community for phishing, pyramid schemes, deceptive promotions, unsolicited advertising, fraudulent trades, counterfeit sales, fake giveaways, credential requests, misleading fundraising, or repeated irrelevant promotion.
Trades or sales are allowed only in spaces and formats expressly approved by Bible TCG and remain at the participants’ risk unless Bible TCG expressly operates the transaction. Never represent an unofficial transaction as guaranteed by Bible TCG.
8. Appropriate content
Do not post pornography, explicit sexual material, graphic real-world gore without legitimate context, malware, illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, or publicity rights. Avoid excessive profanity, deliberately shocking material, and content unsuitable for the designated space.
Do not flood discussions, post the same message repeatedly, manipulate engagement, or deliberately derail a topic. Follow channel, page, Event, and moderator instructions.
9. Reviews and endorsements
Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Disclose free products, compensation, referral benefits, employment, family relationships, or other material connections. Do not purchase, fabricate, suppress, or coordinate misleading reviews or testimonials.
10. Gameplay and Events
Players must follow the current rules, format, deck-construction requirements, Event procedures, and judge instructions. Cheating, marked cards, collusion, bribery, intimidation, intentional reporting errors, prize manipulation, and exploiting accessibility accommodations are prohibited.
Organizers must report attendance, results, scores, and prizes honestly and protect participant information. Event-specific rules, venue rules, parental permissions, media releases, and waivers may also apply.
11. Intellectual property
Follow the Intellectual Property and Fan Content Policy. Do not distribute pirated books, paid course content, unreleased materials, source files, extracted high-resolution card art, counterfeit cards, unauthorized Print And Play files, or confidential development material.
12. Reporting
Report serious violations to rocky@bibletcg.com with the location, username, date, description, and relevant screenshots or links. Do not endanger yourself to gather evidence. False reports, retaliatory reporting, and coordinated report abuse are violations.
13. Moderation
Bible TCG may remove content, limit visibility, lock discussions, issue warnings, restrict features, disqualify Event participation, reverse illegitimate results, suspend, or terminate access. Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, intent, history, risk, evidence, and cooperation.
Moderation is not a promise to review every submission or prevent every violation. Users remain responsible for their content and interactions. Where appropriate, a user may request review by contacting rocky@bibletcg.com with relevant facts.
14. Lawful cooperation
Bible TCG may preserve or disclose information as described in the Privacy Policy when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, threats, exploitation, security incidents, or unlawful conduct, or when legally required.
