Bible TCG Online EULA and Game Terms
1. Agreement
These terms are a legally binding end-user licence agreement between you and Rocky Santangela, carrying on business as Bible TCG. They govern the downloadable Bible TCG Online client, browser version, launcher, updates, servers, online account, game content, and related services (the “Game”). The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and applicable purchase terms are incorporated.
By installing, launching, accessing, or affirmatively accepting the Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.
2. Limited licence
Subject to these terms, Bible TCG grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the authorized Game client on supported devices and to access the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
The Game is licensed, not sold. Bible TCG and its licensors retain all rights in the software, servers, artwork, cards, rules expression, audio, interfaces, databases, characters, names, and content. Except where mandatory law permits otherwise, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, derive source code, remove rights notices, create unauthorized servers, or make derivative software.
3. Technical requirements and updates
The Game may require an internet connection, a supported operating system, storage, updates, a launcher, and a minimum client version. Bible TCG may require updates for security, compatibility, gameplay, content, or legal compliance. Older versions may be blocked from servers.
We do not guarantee support for every device, platform, operating system, screen configuration, network, or accessibility technology. System requirements may change reasonably over time. Users are responsible for their devices, connectivity, carrier fees, backups, and safe installation from an authorized source.
4. Accounts and usernames
A Bible TCG account may be required. Account, age, accuracy, security, and username rules in the Terms of Use apply. An account and its Founder or Member identity are personal and may not be sold, rented, gifted, shared, or transferred unless Bible TCG expressly provides a transfer process.
You are responsible for actions taken through your credentials to the extent permitted by law. Never provide passwords, one-time codes, refresh tokens, or authentication links to another person. Bible TCG staff will not ask for your password.
5. Fair play
You may not:
-
use cheats, bots, macros, automation, unauthorized overlays, packet manipulation, memory modification, exploit tools, or modified clients;
-
exploit a bug, duplication, economy flaw, matchmaking vulnerability, or unintended interaction for advantage;
-
manipulate matches, rankings, rewards, markets, Founder identities, referrals, or Events;
-
collude, intentionally lose for compensation, trade fraudulently, or use multiple accounts to evade restrictions;
-
scrape, datamine, intercept, emulate, attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to clients, servers, APIs, databases, or another account;
-
distribute exploit instructions or compromised credentials in a manner that creates material risk;
-
harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, spam, or publish another person’s private information; or
-
use the Game for gambling, wagering, unlawful transactions, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
Report vulnerabilities privately to rocky@bibletcg.com. Do not exploit or publicly disclose an unremediated vulnerability in a way that increases harm.
6. Virtual items and currencies
Digital cards, Packs, coins, rewards, cosmetics, badges, titles, access rights, and other virtual items are limited, revocable account entitlements governed by the Game. They are not money, deposits, stored value, securities, property ownership, or redeemable for cash. You receive no ownership interest in Game data.
Virtual items may be earned, granted, or purchased only through authorized systems. They may not be sold, purchased, transferred, wagered, or exchanged outside an expressly authorized feature. Bible TCG may adjust balance, utility, appearance, naming, availability, drop rates, or technical implementation for legitimate gameplay, legal, security, or operational reasons.
We will not remove paid value arbitrarily, but no virtual item guarantees permanent availability, competitive strength, future compatibility, rarity perception, or resale value. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Purchases and refunds
Game purchases are governed by the terms presented at checkout and the Purchase Policy. A third-party platform’s billing and refund rules may also apply when it processes the purchase. Consumed or opened digital items are generally non-refundable except where defective or required by law.
If payment is reversed, refunded, charged back, unauthorized, or fraudulent, related virtual items, Founder entitlements, bonuses, or account benefits may be removed. We may temporarily restrict transactions while a dispute is investigated.
8. Gameplay changes, maintenance, and testing
Bible TCG is an evolving game. We may add, rebalance, clarify, restrict, rotate, suspend, or remove cards, abilities, formats, rewards, markets, Decks, modes, Events, features, and systems. We may reset or separate test environments and correct corrupted, duplicated, unlawful, or fraudulently obtained data.
Alpha, beta, preview, proof-of-concept, test, or early-access features may be incomplete, unstable, and subject to reset. Unless expressly promised otherwise, test progress may not transfer to later releases.
Servers may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, failures, emergencies, security incidents, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of every match, replay, ranking, message, or temporary state.
9. User Content and communications
Chat, Deck names, profile material, reports, and other Game submissions are User Content under the Terms of Use. Communications may be monitored or reviewed as reasonably necessary for moderation, safety, support, anti-cheat, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Do not treat in-game communication as private or use it to share confidential, financial, identity, health, or authentication information.
10. Enforcement and appeals
Bible TCG may warn, remove content, reverse illegitimate transactions, quarantine data, restrict trading or chat, suspend, or terminate accounts for suspected violations. Serious fraud, cheating, security attacks, threats, repeat violations, or illegal conduct may result in immediate action.
Enforcement may consider evidence, severity, intent, history, harm, cooperation, and technical certainty. A user may request review by emailing rocky@bibletcg.com with the account name, decision, and relevant evidence. We may preserve enforcement information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
You may uninstall and stop using the Game at any time. Account deletion requests are handled under the Privacy Policy. Bible TCG may discontinue all or part of the Game after reasonable notice where practicable, subject to outstanding legal obligations.
Upon termination, the licence ends. You must stop using unauthorized copies. Virtual items and access may be lost, and they are not payable in cash, except where law requires a remedy.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Use apply. The Game does not guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from bugs, a specific competitive result, compatibility forever, permanent online population, permanent secondary-market functions, or preservation of every item or record. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law, subject to mandatory rights in the user’s jurisdiction. Courts in Ottawa, Ontario have jurisdiction where a lawful forum selection is permitted.
14. Contact
Game support and legal questions may be sent to rocky@bibletcg.com. Security reports should use the subject “Private Security Report” and include enough information to reproduce the concern without accessing or exposing unnecessary user data.
