Bible TCG Game Terms

1. Scope and license. These Terms apply to Bible TCG Online and supported digital game features, together with the Terms of Use and the accepted offer. We grant an eligible user a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to access the supported game and digital entitlements for their intended use. Software, artwork and other intellectual property remain with their rights holders. Your device, connection and supported version must meet the published requirements. Online participation does not automatically enroll you in the tabletop League.
2. Eligibility and fair play. Account access begins at thirteen, subject to higher applicable requirements and the required guardian process. Do not share or sell accounts, use unauthorized payments, cheat, manipulate Matches or rewards, exploit bugs, use prohibited automation, distribute malware or access another person's records. Report problems privately. We may use proportionate security and anti-cheat measures under the Privacy Policy; an automated signal alone need not establish misconduct.
3. Virtual entitlements. Gold Coins, Silver Coins, digital cards, Packs and other virtual items are account entitlements, separate from physical products, website Loyalty Points and cash. They provide only the uses expressly supported and described. They are not cryptocurrency, an investment or a right to withdraw money. Transfer or marketplace use is allowed only through an expressly authorized feature and its applicable terms. No general entitlement to transfer items between unsupported clients, servers or accounts is implied.
4. Purchases and randomized Packs. Before a paid purchase, the offer identifies the item or currency quantity, real-money price and currency, receiving account, supported service, functionality, compatibility and material restrictions. Before a randomized digital Pack is acquired, its cost, contents structure, relevant pool and applicable probabilities are shown. Where required, in-game prices also show the real-money equivalent and applicable charges. A currency label does not remove consumer rights. Ordinary random openings do not promise a particular sequence or collection unless the accepted offer expressly guarantees one; the Founder complete-playset promise in section 5 is such an offer. Price, exchange-rate or odds changes do not reduce that earned promise. Purchases by minors require the applicable adult authorization and territorial controls. Paid purchases and currency exchanges require clear confirmation; marketing must not unlawfully pressure children to buy.
5. Founder Box preorder and the complete-playset promise. The first qualifying paid First Edition Collector Booster Box preorder provides 12,000 Gold Coins once per qualifying Founder Account, usable immediately in the supported Bible TCG Online service identified before payment. At 100 Gold Coins per digital Play Pack, this provides 120 digital Play Packs. The game is available to play immediately; the digital benefit does not wait for physical manufacturing. We preserve the promised 120-Pack access if the applicable Pack price changes before you use that benefit.
Complete playable Genesis collection. By using those 120 Play Packs and, where needed, the game's official Silver Coin selling and buying features, you are entitled to build four playable digital copies of each of the 250 Genesis cards, including the 25 Apocrypha cards: 1,000 playable digital cards in total. You may need to exchange surplus copies or premium presentations for Silver Coins and use those Coins to acquire missing playable copies. This promises a complete playable collection, not four copies of every artwork Variant, retention of every premium pull, or a particular sequence of Pack contents.
If the contents and their available Silver exchange value do not let you complete that playset without additional real-money spending, contact rocky@bibletcg.com. After checking the relevant account and transaction records, Bible TCG will supply the missing playable copies or the in-game resources needed to obtain them, without an additional charge and within a reasonable time, subject to any shorter legal deadline. We will not require you to end with fewer than four playable copies of another Genesis card to complete the promise. This correction fulfills the stated entitlement; it does not create a separate change-of-mind refund option or limit a remedy required by law.
Use the Founder Gold for the 120 Play Packs and retain the resulting cards and Silver until the playset is complete. The promise is fulfilled once the account holds the complete playset at the same time; it is not a recurring replacement of cards or Coins you later voluntarily sell, transfer or spend for another purpose. We may distinguish a genuine shortfall from deliberate disposal or proven abuse using relevant records. Our own errors, a failure of the promised exchange route, or an unlawful change to an earned entitlement remain our responsibility. Earlier separately promised card grants remain governed by their accepted offers.
Additional qualifying Box purchases do not repeat this Gold grant or the digital playset entitlement. Gold, Silver, and digital cards are supplied to the Account and supported service identified in the offer. Digital access does not constitute delivery of a physical First Edition Box or a separate Original Art gift.
6. Changes and availability. We may balance cards, correct errors, update software, rotate supported features, maintain servers and address security or legal requirements. Test environments may reset where disclosed in advance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device, a competitive result or indefinite operation of a particular feature. Changes and closure remain subject to paid commitments, reasonable notice where practicable and mandatory remedies. A broad update power is not permission to erase paid value unlawfully.
7. Refunds and enforcement. Correctly supplied digital purchases have no voluntary change-of-mind refund, unless a specific accepted offer says otherwise or Bible TCG chooses an individual goodwill exception. Mandatory withdrawal, consumer-guarantee, nonconformity, unauthorized-payment and non-delivery remedies remain available. The Purchase Policy explains the applicable country-specific rights. Merely crediting or spending Gold is not treated as a blanket waiver; any legally permitted loss of a withdrawal right requires the applicable information, specific consent, acknowledgment and retainable confirmation for the relevant content or service. It does not waive rights concerning physical goods or defective content. Contact rocky@bibletcg.com for an incorrect entitlement or billing problem. We may proportionately restrict accounts or reverse benefits attributable to proven abuse or an invalid payment, explain material action where lawful and provide a review route. Unrelated valid entitlements are not automatically forfeited.
8. Other terms and contact. Community content follows the Community Guidelines and the specific submission permission. The Terms of Use govern otherwise applicable liability, disputes and prospective changes, subject to mandatory law and the accepted purchase.
