Bible TCG League Organizer Application Terms

September 29, 2026. Document ID: BTCG-LEAGUE-ORGANIZER-TERMS.

Contracting business: [Bible TCG Inc.].

1. Application and eligibility. These Terms apply to the application. They do not appoint an organizer, approve a venue, create employment or authorize a tournament. Applicants must be at least eighteen, have legal capacity and accurately identify their experience, actual location, proposed activities and authority to involve the venue. Selection considers legitimate program needs, reliability, safety, privacy, rules knowledge and venue suitability. No application fee, acceptance, income, territory or future paid assignment is promised.

2. Review and venue authority. Applications and supporting information are used for private review, verification, administration and necessary records under the Privacy Policy. Provide only relevant information you are authorized to submit. We may verify facts with an identified venue contact as explained in the application process. Obtain permission before submitting another person's nonpublic details. A residence, school, church, library or business is not an authorized public venue merely because an applicant names it. Material inaccuracies can justify rejection or later withdrawal of approval.

3. Optional pending map listing. You may separately request publication of a pending location using the specific public fields presented for your approval. This choice is optional and is not consent to publish the whole application. A pending listing must be clearly marked as not yet approved. Residential or sensitive locations use an approximate area rather than exact private coordinates unless a separate lawful public-venue arrangement justifies publication. Obtain the venue's authority before publishing its name, location or contact details. You may ask to correct or withdraw an optional pending listing without automatically abandoning your application.

4. Appointment and activation. Selection is followed by a signed League Organizer Agreement and the applicable venue, data-handling and activation records. A listing, email conversation or badge alone does not complete them. Only authorized access and activities may begin after the relevant conditions are met. Community and Retail are location classifications, not separate organizer ranks. Organizers are independent in the sense described by the actual arrangement; a label does not override employment or other mandatory law.

5. Program conditions. Ordinary local admission is free; Draft products and the absence of results-based material prizes follow the League Player Terms. Retailers conduct their own lawful product sales. Appointment alone earns no salary or guaranteed products. A reward exists only under a separately announced earning schedule; once validly earned, it is handled under that schedule and law. Paid championship duties require a separate written assignment before work. No franchise, exclusive territory or automatic commercial distribution right is granted by applying.

6. Safety, data and insurance. Activation records identify actual venue authority, supervision, emergency procedures, accessibility arrangements, permitted data access and any insurance required for the activity. Bible TCG currently has no company insurance policy; application, appointment, membership or a badge does not insure an organizer or venue. Organizers and venues remain responsible for required coverage and their own obligations. Personal information may not be extracted for private marketing or retained beyond authorized needs. Optional publicity remains separate from program administration.

7. Terms and contact. A signed agreement governs the appointed relationship and overrides a conflicting general application summary for that subject, subject to mandatory law. General website changes do not rewrite it or eliminate earned rewards. Contact rocky@bibletcg.com; 1 (833) KJV-ONLY; Bible TCG, 1 Rideau St, Ottawa, ON K1N 8S7, Canada. Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern subject to applicable mandatory rights, language requirements and forums.
