Bible TCG League Player Terms
September 29, 2026. Document ID: BTCG-LEAGUE-PLAYER-TERMS.
Contracting business: [Bible TCG Inc.].
1. Separate enrollment. Creating a website account does not join the League. To participate in rated sanctioned play, create an eligible free account, complete the separate League enrollment, accept these Terms and the Tournament Rules, and complete the required eligibility and guardian process. No Founder status, paid membership, organizer appointment or profession of faith is required. A permanent Play ID supports internal administration and must not be sold, borrowed or shared as an account identity.
2. Age and supervision. Online accounts and rated League enrollment begin at thirteen, subject to higher applicable requirements. Participants below legal majority need the appropriate parent or guardian authorization before activation. Do not substitute an adult's account or falsify an age. If the necessary process is unavailable, rated enrollment remains pending. Younger children may join a separately permitted supervised offline learning activity without an online account or rated entry. The venue explains whether a guardian must remain; ordinary attendance does not create a childcare or transportation service.
3. Admission and products. Ordinary sanctioned local admission is free. No purchase is required for ordinary constructed participation; genuine eligible borrowed cards may be used. Community Draft uses the announced qualifying Booster Pack allocation brought by the Player or supplied without charge by the organizer. Three Packs per Player is standard; four or five may be announced. Play Packs, Collector Packs, or an equal announced mixture may be used under the Tournament Rules. At Retail Draft, the host sells the required allocation at a fully disclosed price; no separate mandatory admission fee or concealed prize contribution applies. Purchased Packs are merchandise subject to applicable consumer rights. No material prizes based on local results or placement are awarded under the ordinary launch model. Championship Points and Elo are competitive records, not cash or Store credit. Any different event requires separately authorized, lawful rules disclosed in advance.
4. Cards and conduct. Use eligible genuine playable cards under the current Format and errata. Original Art and First Edition playable printings are equally eligible; they share the same card identity and copy limit. Print And Play and collectible artwork cards cannot be used as sanctioned Deck cards. A borrowed physical copy cannot serve two Players' Decks simultaneously. Register Decks, confirm results and follow the Tournament Rules. No cheating, fabricated attendance, bribery, coercion, harassment or unauthorized Match manipulation. Ask the responsible official about a rules issue; AI assistance is not the adjudicator.
5. Records and publicity. We process enrollment, eligibility, necessary guardian permissions, attendance, Deck registration, results, ratings and incident records under the Privacy Policy. Public standings use your approved competition name or alias and the fields explained before enrollment. A minor's permanent Play ID and precise live attendance or location are not public by default. Results can reveal past participation. Required competitive records are explained separately from optional profiles, interviews, promotional photos and livestreaming. Declining optional publicity does not itself bar ordinary play. Organizers may use Player information only for their authorized purposes, not unsolicited marketing.
6. Safety, corrections and restrictions. Respect the venue's lawful rules and disclosed access arrangements. Contact the organizer about accommodation; report unresolved concerns to Bible TCG. Immediate danger goes to emergency services. An event may be interrupted or cancelled for safety or other legitimate reasons, with accurate records and required remedies. You may leave when necessary; Championship Points follow the published completion rules. We may correct errors or proportionately restrict participation for material misconduct, with reasons and a review opportunity where lawful and practicable. Urgent protective action may be immediate. An internal decision does not prevent a complaint to an authority or court.
7. Responsibility and changes. Participation does not create insurance coverage or a waiver of liability for negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Actual venue operators and Bible TCG remain responsible for their own conduct and obligations. The Terms of Use govern otherwise applicable liability and disputes, subject to mandatory rights and these specific terms. Updated event rules are supplied before affected play where practicable; qualification and earned awards are not retrospectively manipulated. Seasons and championships exist on their actual published terms, not merely because described in a roadmap.
8. Contact and withdrawal. Email rocky@bibletcg.com for enrollment, results corrections, review or withdrawal. We preserve necessary competition and legal records proportionately while assessing privacy requests. Telephone: 1 (833) KJV-ONLY; mail Bible TCG, 1 Rideau St, Ottawa, ON K1N 8S7, Canada. Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern subject to mandatory rights and forums.
