Membership, Online Programs, Loyalty and Gift Card Terms
1. Scope
These Terms govern Bible TCG Member accounts, Member areas, courses, Online Programs, Loyalty Points, Tiers, promotional credits, gift cards and related benefits.
Bible TCG is the operating name of the incorporated business administering these services. The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and applicable transaction terms also apply.

2. Membership and League enrollment
Ordinary account creation is free unless a clearly identified paid plan is separately offered and accepted.
Membership provides the features made available to that account. It does not guarantee that every feature, course, community or platform will remain available indefinitely.
Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared or used for impersonation. Eligibility and account corrections follow the Terms of Use.
Creating an account does not enroll you in the League. Eligible members separately choose Join the League, accept the League Player Terms and Tournament Rules, and complete required guardian steps. Activation assigns or confirms a permanent Play ID.
League enrollment requires no purchase or paid membership. It may be deactivated separately from the ordinary account, subject to lawful record retention.
3. Paid plans and renewals
Before a paid plan is purchased, the offer must state its price, currency, billing frequency, term, renewal conditions, benefits, trial conditions and cancellation method.
A free account does not authorize recurring charges. A recurring plan requires affirmative purchase and any necessary consent.
Cancellation stops future renewal according to the accepted plan terms. Refunds for a supplied period follow the offer and mandatory law.
4. Courses and Online Programs
Course materials are licensed for the enrolled person’s personal, non-commercial use unless a different permission is expressly granted.
Do not share access, distribute restricted lessons, resell downloads, record restricted videos or teach commercially from protected materials without permission.
Access duration, prerequisites, schedule, completion requirements and any certificates are defined by the accepted offer.
We may update lessons and correct errors, but cannot materially remove paid access without any remedy required by law.
Educational content does not guarantee financial, competitive, spiritual or other results.
5. Loyalty enrollment and starting Points
Eligible new Members currently receive 1,000 promotional Loyalty Points under the published welcome offer. These are presently configured to provide up to US$30 in eligible Store credit through the stated redemption options.
Under the ordinary earning structure, 1,000 earned Points generally correspond to US$100 in qualifying spending. Promotional starting Points do not mean Bible TCG paid or received that amount for the account.
The actual earning and redemption conditions displayed for an offer apply. Eligible activity may accumulate Points without the Member regularly viewing the Loyalty dashboard.
6. Tiers
The entry Tier is Newbie, also described in Bible TCG terminology as New Born or NB.
Additional Tier names, thresholds, measurement periods and benefits are shown in the applicable Loyalty information.
A Tier is program recognition, not ownership, employment, a regulated qualification or a guarantee of financial value.
Returns, reversed transactions, fraud and genuine corrections may affect qualification where lawful.
7. Eligible activity
Points are earned only for identified eligible activity.
Unless an offer states otherwise, purchase-based Points use the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts and exclude shipping, taxes, duties, gift-card purchases and other disclosed exclusions.
Awards may remain pending until payment is final. Corrections may apply to returns, cancellations, duplicate awards or abuse.
Reasonable disclosed limits and exclusions may apply to wholesale, test, unauthorized or non-consumer transactions.
8. Redemption
Points are not cash and may be redeemed only through authorized options. They may not be sold, transferred or combined between accounts unless expressly permitted.
Available rewards may have disclosed thresholds, product restrictions and lawful conditions. Taxes, shipping or excluded charges may remain payable.
Rewards generally cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
Points will not expire merely through the passage of time where law prohibits that result. Corrections, suspension, cancellation or program closure must also comply with applicable law.
A voucher issued through redemption may have its own lawful conditions, which must be disclosed.
9. Program changes
We may prospectively change earning rates, Tier thresholds, eligible products or redemption options with reasonable notice and as permitted by law.
Changes must not unlawfully remove earned value. Program closure requires the applicable notice and opportunity to redeem.
Urgent fraud, security or legal concerns may justify prompt restrictions on affected activity, without authorizing unrelated forfeiture.
10. Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable through the channels and for the items specified when issued. They are not credit or debit cards and are redeemable for cash only where law requires.
Paid gift cards are subject to applicable restrictions on expiry dates and maintenance or dormancy fees. Promotional certificates supplied without payment may have different lawful conditions clearly disclosed when issued.
Protect gift-card codes. Report loss or unauthorized use promptly. Recovery may require proof of purchase, balance and authority.
We may restrict a disputed or fraudulent card while investigating, subject to the lawful rights of affected holders. A technical error does not justify keeping valid customer funds without an appropriate remedy.
11. Promotional credits and coupons
Promotional credits differ from paid gift cards. They may have disclosed eligibility requirements, minimum spending, product exclusions, one-use limits, lawful expiry dates or combination restrictions.
The terms supplied with the promotion apply. Those terms remain subject to mandatory consumer law.
12. Founder, Artist and League statuses
Founder, Artist, league organizer and staff designations are separate from Loyalty Tiers.
Purchases or Loyalty status do not buy an artist commission, organizer appointment or competitive advantage.
Founder benefits follow the Founder Preorder Terms. Artist applicants accept application terms; selected artists sign the Master Artist Agreement before commissioned work.
Organizer applicants accept separate application terms. Selected organizers sign the League Organizer Agreement and complete venue permission before activation.
The approved organizer’s public badge is League. A Player’s Play ID does not grant that badge.
Application, organizer approval and location approval are distinct. Displaying a badge alone does not establish authorization for a particular event.
13. Closure and restrictions
Account closure may affect promotional benefits as law permits. Paid gift-card balances remain governed by applicable gift-card rights and may need a separate recovery process.
Reasonable restrictions may apply during a genuine fraud, security or ownership investigation.
Closing or restricting an account does not automatically cancel earned artist compensation, organizer rewards, required refunds or obligations under separate agreements.
League suspension, record handling and withdrawal follow the League Player Terms.
14. Errors and disputes
We may correct documented Points, Tier, gift-card or credit errors.
Send a dispute to rocky@bibletcg.com with the relevant account, transaction and supporting information. Screenshots can assist, and underlying transaction records remain open to correction where inaccurate.
15. Mandatory rights
Nothing excludes non-waivable rights concerning memberships, recurring charges, digital services, rewards, gift cards or consumer contracts.
