Before you buy: Your first qualifying paid Genesis First Edition Collector Booster Box preorder establishes Founder status for your Account and grants 12,000 Gold Coins once, supporting 120 digital Play Packs and the complete-playset promise below. Every qualifying Box purchased reserves one future Genesis First Edition Collector Booster Box. Additional quantities in the first order or later orders reserve additional Boxes and earn applicable Loyalty Points without repeating the Founder number or initial digital benefits. There is no recurring Founder membership charge. First Edition has no estimated or guaranteed delivery date and depends on 10,000 qualifying paid box allocations and all 250 commissioned illustrations. Purchases are non-refundable for voluntary change-of-mind purposes; mandatory legal remedies and binding earlier rights remain available.
1. First Edition Collector Booster Box preorders. These Terms govern qualifying Genesis First Edition Collector Booster Box preorders alongside the Purchase Policy, Membership and Loyalty Terms, Game Terms, and Terms of Use. The first qualifying paid Box preorder establishes one Founder identity and number for the purchasing Account and provides the once-per-account digital entitlement in section 2. Each paid Box quantity reserves its own First Edition Collector Booster Box. Later qualifying quantities add physical Box allocations and applicable Loyalty Points but do not create another Founder identity, another 12,000 Gold Coins, or another digital playset. The order confirmation records the purchased Box quantities and the Account benefits attached to the first qualifying order. There is no automatic renewal or recurring Founder membership charge.
2. The first qualifying paid First Edition Collector Booster Box preorder grants the purchasing Founder Account a once-per-account entitlement to 12,000 Gold Coins. The grant is applied to an existing game account or remains pending until the Founder's first game login. At the stated price of 100 Gold Coins per digital Play Pack, it supports 120 digital Genesis Play Packs. This benefit does not depend on physical manufacturing. Complete playable Genesis collection. By using those 120 Play Packs and, where needed, the game's official Silver Coin selling and buying features, you are entitled to build four playable digital copies of each of the 250 Genesis cards, including the 25 Apocrypha cards: 1,000 playable digital cards in total. You may need to exchange surplus copies or premium presentations for Silver Coins and use those Coins to acquire missing playable copies. This promises a complete playable collection, not four copies of every artwork Variant, retention of every premium pull, or a particular sequence of Pack contents. If the contents and their available Silver exchange value do not let you complete that playset without additional real-money spending, contact rocky@bibletcg.com. After checking the relevant account and transaction records, Bible TCG will supply the missing playable copies or the in-game resources needed to obtain them, without an additional charge and within a reasonable time, subject to any shorter legal deadline. We will not require you to end with fewer than four playable copies of another Genesis card to complete the promise. This correction fulfills the stated entitlement; it does not create a separate change-of-mind refund option or limit a remedy required by law. Use the Founder Gold for the 120 Play Packs and retain the resulting cards and Silver until the playset is complete. The promise is fulfilled once the account holds the complete playset at the same time; it is not a recurring replacement of cards or Coins you later voluntarily sell, transfer or spend for another purpose. We may distinguish a genuine shortfall from deliberate disposal or proven abuse using relevant records. Our own errors, a failure of the promised exchange route, or an unlawful change to an earned entitlement remain our responsibility. Earlier separately promised card grants remain governed by their accepted offers.
3. Founder identity. Founder status and its sequential Founder number belong to the eligible purchasing account and do not multiply with box quantity. A particular number is promised only if confirmed. Recognition is intended as a lasting record, distinct from the appearance or technical availability of a particular badge, client or community feature. Reselling physical goods does not transfer the account, Founder identity or digital entitlement. Account access follows the Game Terms; permanent recognition is not a promise to operate every online feature forever. Fraud, duplication, or a valid cancellation of the qualifying first Box preorder may justify corresponding record and benefit corrections, subject to the accepted offer and law. Cancelling one Box does not automatically cancel other Box allocations or a still-qualifying Founder Account.
4. First Edition production and funding. The First Edition production plan depends on 10,000 qualifying paid customer First Edition Collector Booster Box allocations and completion of all 250 commissioned illustrations. Every qualifying paid Box counts, whether purchased in the first Founder order or a later order; the target counts Boxes, not Founder Accounts. Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, or fraudulent allocations do not count. Artist compensation, samples and other noncustomer allocations are separate. There is currently no estimated or guaranteed First Edition shipping or delivery date. The two production conditions may take substantial time and may not be met. Proofing, manufacturing, quality control, freight and fulfillment follow the applicable preparation; reaching the target does not mean immediate shipping. Sales revenue funds development, artwork, production, operations and fulfillment, subject to applicable restrictions. The owner may contribute funds but gives no personal funding guarantee. No outside investor, partner or funding commitment is represented. A purchase is not a donation, loan, investment, equity interest or right to direct the company. The 10,000-customer-box target is distinct from any total print limit. Any separate promise about limited manufacture, serialization or reprinting remains effective. Artist compensation deadlines are separate from customer delivery obligations.
5. Physical delivery, delay and changes. The order confirmation records the promised edition and quantity. Digital access, spending Gold, opening digital Packs or receiving an Early Founder Gift does not constitute delivery of First Edition. We provide material production information and any legally required individual delay notices, consent choices or cancellation options through an appropriate direct channel. Keep your contact and delivery details current. General website updates do not replace a legally required direct notice. No production threshold, artwork delay, production-lock announcement or absence of a delivery date excludes a mandatory delivery or cancellation right. If applicable law requires a supported shipping commitment or other information before accepting a paid order, that requirement must be met; this document does not replace it. Revisions to an agreed delivery commitment require the agreement or process required by law. We may reasonably refine artwork, wording, balance, packaging, finishes and production methods for legitimate reasons while respecting the accepted product description. A materially different edition, quantity or essential benefit requires the agreement or remedy required by law. We may cancel an affected order for genuine fraud, illegality, inability to supply or another lawful reason, with any notice and refund required. Funds already spent are not a defense to an owed refund.
6. Final sales and discretionary goodwill. Except where applicable law or a binding accepted offer requires otherwise, qualifying First Edition Collector Booster Box preorders are final and non-refundable for voluntary change-of-mind purposes. Changing your mind, losing interest, preferring later pricing, or deciding not to use the game does not create an additional voluntary refund right. Bible TCG alone decides whether to offer an individual goodwill exception, on agreed terms. An exception is not a continuing refund policy. Legally required refunds do not depend on that discretion. The Purchase Policy explains mandatory rights, including applicable withdrawal periods, defective or misdescribed supply, non-delivery, missing required information, unauthorized payments and U.S. merchandise-delay rules. Immediate digital access affects those rights only to the extent the applicable law and a valid specific consent process permit. Calling an offer digital or including account benefits with a Box does not waive them.
7. Earlier purchases and refunds. These Terms apply to purchases accepted under this version. They do not retrospectively remove a binding earlier refund, shipping, tax, gift, digital or other promise. Existing orders remain subject to their applicable accepted terms and mandatory law. Amendments require the notice, agreement and other conditions the law requires; we do not backdate acceptance or infer a surrender of mandatory rights from silence. Where a lawful cancellation or refund applies, its scope and the treatment of supplied content, services, goods, rewards and associated benefits follow the actual offer and law. We may reverse the refunded entitlement and attributable rewards to the lawful extent, but do not confiscate unrelated purchases. We do not retroactively price an included gift at US$197, invent a Gold-value deduction, or substitute Store credit for a required money refund without agreement. A return of delivered goods or a lawful deduction is handled under the Purchase Policy and applicable law. Cancellation of one Box does not automatically cancel other Box allocations or a still-qualifying Founder Account.
8. Founder Booster Boxes and the Early Founder Gift. The Founder Booster Box is a separate development-stage physical product using the Original Art. It contains 12 Play Booster Packs of 13 playable cards each, totaling 156 playable cards. It contains no Box Topper, separate non-game collectible artwork cards, Silver Serialized cards, or Gold 1-of-1 cards. Direct website purchases require Founder status. A customer may purchase a qualifying First Edition Collector Booster Box preorder and a Founder Booster Box in the same cart, with the completed qualifying preorder establishing Founder status. Separate Founder Booster Box sales end when all 10,000 qualifying First Edition Collector Booster Boxes have been preordered. An Early Founder is a Founder whose qualifying preorder was completed through December 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Each qualifying paid First Edition Collector Booster Box preordered by that cutoff earns one free Founder Booster Box. All qualifying quantities in first and later orders completed by the deadline count. Preorders completed after the cutoff do not earn this gift, including later orders placed by an Early Founder. Purchasing a Founder Booster Box separately does not create another gift entitlement or First Edition reservation. The gift is additional to the corresponding First Edition Collector Booster Box preorder and does not replace, reduce, or fulfill it. The cutoff determines qualifying preorders, not the shipment date. Standard gift shipping is included. Ending separate Founder Booster Box sales does not cancel earned gifts or other binding supply obligations. Earlier purchases remain governed by their applicable accepted terms as provided in section 7.
9. Prices and Loyalty Points. Your displayed offer and checkout state the actual payable price, currency, quantity, taxes and permitted promotional combinations. The planned official retail price of a First Edition Collector Booster Box after the 10,000-box Founder allocation is US$197. The Founder price ladder is calculated from 51% below to 1% below that planned future box price: US$96.53 through US$195.03 at the listed allocations. Applicable taxes and standard worldwide shipping on qualifying First Edition Collector Booster Boxes are covered under section 10. Your accepted order fixes its own price. That planned future physical-Box price is not an established past regular price for the unreleased Box. A comparison must identify the relevant product and basis accurately. A separately purchased Founder Booster Box is US$97 before its disclosed shipping charges and applicable Canadian taxes. The First Edition Founder discount ladder does not automatically apply to this product. Applicable purchases earn Loyalty Points under the Membership and Loyalty Terms; Points are promotional benefits, not cash and not another Gold allocation.
10. Included standard shipping and taxes. Standard worldwide outbound shipping is included for all qualifying Founder preorders of Genesis First Edition Collector Booster Boxes, including qualifying Boxes purchased in the first order and in later orders. Bible TCG covers the applicable taxes on those Boxes; no additional tax amount is charged to the Founder for them. Qualifying Early Founder Gifts include standard outbound shipping. Any additional delivery costs or special arrangements are discussed and accounted for individually with the Founder, subject to the accepted offer, the included standard-shipping promise, and applicable disclosure and agreement requirements. Separately purchased Founder Booster Boxes have their own shipping charges and applicable Canadian taxes, disclosed before payment. The shipping and tax coverage attached to a qualifying First Edition preorder does not automatically extend to a separate purchase. Included shipping means standard delivery. An optional delivery upgrade or reasonable customer-caused repeat-delivery cost requires prior agreement where permitted by law. Any distinct import duty or brokerage charge borne by the customer must be disclosed before purchase and permitted by law; it cannot be presented later as a surprise charge or used to exclude a tax covered by the accepted offer. Describing a possible additional charge does not, by itself, authorize Bible TCG to collect an unspecified amount. Known remote-area restrictions, special delivery requirements, and any related charges collected by Bible TCG must be disclosed before acceptance, including the amount or a legally sufficient calculation method. If the accepted delivery arrangement cannot be provided or an unforeseen delivery issue arises, Bible TCG explains the available lawful options and obtains any necessary agreement before imposing additional charges or changing the arrangement. We do not convert included standard shipping into an arbitrary extra fee. If no lawful delivery arrangement is possible, the applicable remedy remains available. Earlier binding promises concerning shipping, taxes, or other delivery expenses continue to govern the orders and Gifts to which they apply. Nothing in this section removes a mandatory consumer right or a remedy required by applicable law.
11. Scope of the digital and physical promises. The Founder complete-playset promise concerns playable digital Genesis cards in the supported service identified before purchase. It does not guarantee physical Pack pulls, every artwork Variant, a particular premium card, resale value, grading, liquidity, investment return or an unlimited supply of future expansions. A separately accepted specific entitlement is honored according to its terms. Supported game and device requirements are disclosed before purchase; compatibility or synchronization with every device, client or server is not implied.
