Founder Preorder Terms

1. Scope and priority

These Founder Preorder Terms apply to a product or offer expressly identified as a Bible TCG Founder preorder. They supplement the Terms of Use and the Purchase, Shipping, Returns and Cancellation Policy. If these terms conflict with the general Purchase Policy, these terms control for the Founder preorder, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

A preorder is a purchase of a product that is not ready for ordinary immediate shipment. You should purchase only if you understand the development and production risks described below.

2. Seller and customer eligibility

The seller is Rocky Santangela, carrying on business as Bible TCG, at 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1N 8S7, Canada. You must satisfy the age, account, payment, geographic, quantity, and other eligibility rules displayed for the offer. A Bible TCG Member account may be required.

Founder eligibility is personal to the eligible purchaser or Member identified in the order. Founder status, number, benefits, and discounted allocations may not be purchased through bots, false identities, unauthorized payment methods, multiple accounts used to evade limits, or resale schemes.

3. What the preorder includes

The exact physical product, quantity, price, discount, digital benefits, shipping promise, taxes, and other inclusions are those shown on the product page and checkout when you order. Marketing summaries do not override the final checkout record.

Where expressly included, Founder benefits may include:

• one or more Genesis Founder Collector Booster Boxes;

• a permanent Founder identity and sequential Founder number across Bible TCG systems where supported;

• early access to Print And Play files before their wider public release;

• Bible TCG Online digital Packs, coins, access, badges, roles, or other entitlements;

• visibility on BibleTCG.com, Bible TCG Online, Discord, community features, or Events where technically supported;

• free worldwide standard shipping and covered checkout taxes as defined below; and

• the discount or bonus applicable to the offer level available when the order is completed.

Only benefits expressly listed for your order are included. Platform-specific visibility depends on the continued availability and technical capabilities of that platform.

4. Founder numbers

Founder numbers are assigned by Bible TCG according to the applicable paid-order and eligibility sequence. Display formatting may include leading zeroes, such as F0001. A particular number is not guaranteed unless Bible TCG confirms it in writing.

Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, reversed, or ineligible orders do not earn or retain Founder status. Bible TCG may void or reassign an associated number when reasonably necessary to preserve an accurate Founder registry. Ordinary formatting changes or technical migrations do not change the underlying Founder identity.

Founder status is recognition within the Bible TCG ecosystem. It is not ownership in the business, a security, an investment, a partnership, employment, governance authority, voting power, a share of profits, or a guarantee of financial value.

5. Discount availability and purchase limits

Founder discounts may be tiered by timing, quantity, or remaining availability. Earlier available quantities may receive stronger discounts, and later quantities may receive smaller discounts. The discount confirmed at checkout applies to that accepted order. Bible TCG does not guarantee that a particular discount tier will remain available while an item is in a cart or after a failed payment.

Purchase limits may apply per person, household, Member, address, payment method, or other reasonably related identifier. We may combine or cancel orders used to evade a limit and refund the affected amount.

6. Development and production status

Founder products may be in design, artwork, playtesting, manufacturing preparation, proofing, production, freight, or fulfilment when ordered. Images may show original Bible TCG artwork, prototypes, sample packaging, digital renders, proofs of concept, or unfinished components. The official Genesis First Edition may use professionally commissioned artwork and final production specifications that differ from earlier representations.

Bible TCG may make reasonable changes to artwork, card wording, balance, rules references, collation, materials, dimensions, foil treatment, packaging, inserts, manufacturing partners, or production methods to improve quality, accuracy, playability, safety, legality, or manufacturability. We will not intentionally replace the essential nature of the purchased item with a materially different product without providing any consent or remedy required by law.

7. Estimated schedule and updates

Any production, shipping, or delivery date is an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Preorder production may be affected by artwork completion, revisions, testing, quotations, minimum order quantities, proofs, manufacturing capacity, quality control, freight, customs, labour disruption, material shortages, carrier conditions, regulatory requirements, or events beyond reasonable control.

Bible TCG will provide material updates through the email associated with the order, the Founder area, or another announced channel. You are responsible for keeping contact and shipping details current.

If a delay triggers a cancellation or refund right under applicable law, that right remains available. These Terms do not waive statutory delivery deadlines or remedies.

8. Preorder cancellation by the customer

You may request cancellation for a full refund before Bible TCG sends notice that the order or production allocation has become locked, committed, or entered manufacturing, provided no included digital benefit has been consumed in a manner that applicable law permits us to account for.

After the production-lock notice, cancellation requests may be refused because funds and quantities may have been irreversibly committed to artwork, materials, manufacturing, freight, taxes, or fulfilment. Bible TCG may nevertheless approve an exception. Mandatory cancellation, refund, delivery, or cooling-off rights remain unaffected.

If a preorder is cancelled or refunded, associated Founder status, number, discount entitlement, early access, Store credit, Loyalty benefits, digital Packs, coins, badges, roles, and other preorder benefits may be removed or reversed to the extent permitted by law. Bible TCG will not make an undisclosed deduction from a legally required refund.

9. Cancellation or material change by Bible TCG

Bible TCG may cancel a preorder because of failed payment, fraud, unlawful shipping, purchase-limit evasion, inability to manufacture or deliver, a material supplier failure, or another legitimate reason. If Bible TCG cancels without substituting an accepted equivalent, it will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item as required by law.

If a material change affects the essential nature of the product, Bible TCG will provide the notice and choices required by law. Reasonable production refinements described in section 6 are not automatically material changes.

10. Shipping and taxes promotion

Where the accepted offer states free worldwide shipping, Bible TCG covers the ordinary standard shipping charge for the included Founder preorder products to an eligible deliverable destination. It does not cover optional expedited service, storage, address correction, repeated delivery, refused or unclaimed parcels, remote-area surcharges not included in the offer, or costs caused by inaccurate customer information, unless expressly stated.

Where the accepted offer states taxes covered, Bible TCG covers sales taxes calculated and charged by Bible TCG through checkout for that preorder. Government duties, brokerage, import assessments, or similar destination charges are covered only if the offer expressly says so. If Bible TCG later expressly promises broader duty-paid delivery for a destination, that promise controls.

If standard delivery to a destination becomes unlawful or commercially unavailable, Bible TCG may request another address, offer a lawful alternative, or cancel and refund the affected order.

11. Digital and early-access benefits

Digital Packs, coins, badges, roles, files, or early-access benefits are limited licences and account entitlements, not cash, stored value, legal tender, securities, or ownership of software or intellectual property. They may not be sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or moved between accounts unless a feature expressly permits it.

Bible TCG Online, Print And Play files, and other digital benefits may be delivered on a different schedule from the physical product. Early access means access before the wider public release described for that benefit; it does not guarantee a minimum exclusive period unless expressly stated.

Gameplay balance, software, servers, and platform integrations may evolve. Changes are governed by the Game Terms and do not by themselves create a refund right for the physical preorder unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Collector status, scarcity, and value

If a product is described as a limited Collector Booster Box or as not being reprinted, that statement applies to the specifically identified product and print run, not to every Bible TCG card, artwork, rule, digital item, future Set, promotional printing, or different edition. Bible TCG may create other products, editions, reprints, Variants, digital versions, anniversary items, or future Sets, provided it does not falsely reproduce a limitation expressly promised for the purchased item.

Collectibles may increase or decrease in perceived value. Bible TCG does not promise grading results, secondary-market liquidity, scarcity beyond the stated limitation, resale demand, profit, or appreciation. Purchase the product for its stated game and collectible qualities, not as an investment.

13. No crowdfunding ownership or control

Even if preorder revenue supports development or manufacturing, the transaction is a purchase, not a donation, loan, investment, partnership, or crowdfunding equity interest. Customers do not acquire ownership, intellectual-property rights, editorial control, management authority, or a right to direct production decisions.

14. Transfers, resale, and benefits

Physical products may be resold subject to law, but Bible TCG does not guarantee authenticity after seals are broken, grading eligibility, or recognition by a third-party marketplace or grader. Founder status, Founder numbers, account benefits, digital entitlements, discounts, and personal badges do not transfer with resale of a physical Box unless Bible TCG expressly provides an official transfer process.

15. Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless law requires or the customer agrees to another method. Processing time after issuance depends on the provider. A refund does not include foreign-exchange differences or bank fees outside Bible TCG’s control, except where law provides otherwise.
