Genesis Set Card 220/250
Son Of Zadok is an Uncommon Priest Being from the Power Age, costing 4 Faith with 2 Strength, 1 Hope, 3 Reach, and 2 Move. His Prophecy Ability Gives another Target Friendly Being Abundance.
The Bible Story Behind Son Of Zadok
Ezekiel's vision of the future kingdom includes a restored temple, ordered courts, appointed sacrifices, and priests from the tribe of Levi. Among those priests, the sons of Zadok receive a special place near the LORD because their ancestral line remained faithful when other Levites departed from His service. Son Of Zadok presents one of these Levitical priests ministering during the thousand-year reign of Jesus Christ.
Zadok remained loyal to David and later supported Solomon as the rightful king when Adonijah attempted to seize the throne. His faithfulness became connected with a priestly line distinguished from those who followed Israel into idolatry. In Christ's kingdom, God will remember that history and appoint Zadok's descendants to draw near within the restored temple service.
Ezekiel 40:46 — “[...] these are the sons of Zadok among the sons of Levi, which come near to the LORD to minister unto him.”

The verse plainly identifies these ministers as sons of Zadok from among the sons of Levi. They aren't the church, glorified believers, or a symbolic description of all Christians, but literal descendants serving within Israel's future temple order. Their ministry shows that God will fulfill the detailed promises He gave concerning Israel, Jerusalem, the priesthood, and the kingdom.
The temple offerings of the millennial kingdom will never compete with or repeat Christ's sacrifice for sin. Jesus offered Himself once, shed His blood, rose again, and perfected forever those sanctified through His finished work. Any sacrifices offered during His reign will function beneath the completed cross, likely serving as memorials and expressions of worship within Israel's restored covenant order.
The sons of Zadok will minister near the reigning Lord, teach the people to distinguish between holy and profane, and serve the nations coming to Jerusalem. The bride will reign beside Christ, while Israel, resurrected servants and saints, priests of Zadok, earthly kings, and the nations retain their appointed roles.

Son Of Zadok Bible TCG Strategy
Son Of Zadok is a support Priest that can give another Friendly Being the Ability to Challenge twice. This is strongest when you already have a powerful Friendly Being on the Storyline that can make good use of Abundance. Because Son Of Zadok can't Target himself, he is best Played when another Friendly Being is Ready to benefit from the Ability.
Granting Abundance doesn't Reset the receiver's Challenge count. It allows at most two Challenges during that Turn and doesn't permit a Move and Challenge in the same Turn. Humble can cancel it, but a later new grant can apply to the Humbled Being.
Synergies
Abundance support: Son Of Zadok Gives another Target Friendly Being Abundance.
Challenge pressure: Abundance allows the chosen Being to Challenge twice.
Temporary Strength: Living Waters can Give Son Of Zadok extra Strength for the Turn. If it can make both Abundance Challenges, that bonus increases the Damage of each one.
