End Of The Law is a Holy Rare Event from the Church Age, costing 1 Faith. It Exiles Target damaged Being.

The Bible Story Behind End Of The Law

Paul wrote that Israel possessed zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. Many sought to establish their own righteousness through the law instead of submitting themselves to the righteousness God provided. The problem wasn't that the law was sinful, but that sinful mankind could never use it to produce the perfect righteousness God requires.

The law revealed sin, pronounced guilt, and directed Israel toward the promised Messiah. Jesus then fulfilled its commands without sin and completed its sacrificial shadows through His death. End Of The Law therefore presents Christ as the goal and completion toward which the law had always pointed for righteousness.

Romans 10:4 — “For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.”

Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes. The law's holiness had never made a sinner capable of earning justification through it. Paul's point directs Israel away from establishing a righteousness of its own and toward the righteousness God gives in Christ. The Savior's fulfillment confirms the law's purpose while excluding it as a competing path to acceptance.

Jesus obeyed where fallen humanity had failed, then willingly gave Himself upon the cross. He bore our sins, satisfied the law's judgment, was buried, and rose again the third day. Everyone who believes is justified through His righteousness rather than through personal obedience to the law of Moses.

The church therefore lives under grace rather than using Israel's covenant law as a means of acceptance before God. Jew and Gentile are saved by the same Gospel, joined to the same body, and taught to serve in newness of spirit. Grace doesn't lower God's standard; it gives believers the righteousness of the One who fulfilled that standard completely.

This makes End Of The Law especially strong after Damage-dealing Events, Challenges, or any effect that leaves a Being damaged on the Storyline.
