Divine Shield Emerges
Jews Protected is an Uncommon Event from the Wrath Age, costing just 1 Faith, and delivers a surprisingly high-impact effect for such a low investment. It allows you to Exile one of your own friendly Beings, and in exchange, causes your opponent to lose 4 points. This combination of self-targeted utility and direct scoring disruption makes it one of the most efficient tempo cards in the game.
The Protected Remnant
In the vision given to John, we see the hand of God shielding Israel in the most intense time the world will ever know. The time of Jacob’s trouble will shake the nations, yet the covenant promises given to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob will stand unshaken. "For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed" - Malachi 3:6. This is the God who parted the Red Sea, who hid Elijah by the brook, who closed the lions’ mouths for Daniel. He is the same God who will protect His people when the dragon pours out his flood.
There will be war in heaven and fury on the earth, but the remnant will be hidden. As in the days when Rahab’s scarlet cord marked salvation for her house, the Lord will mark His chosen ones for preservation. This is not a random survival, it is prophetic fulfillment. Zechariah declared that two-thirds will perish, but the third will be brought through the fire, refined like silver, and tested like gold. They will call on His name, and He will answer, "It is my people," and they will say, "The Lord is my God."
This card's verse is Revelation 12:16:
"And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth."
This protection is not passive hiding; it is divine deliverance with purpose. As the wilderness became a sanctuary for Israel in the exodus, so a place prepared by God will receive them. The enemy will rage, but his reach will fail. The Word that went forth will accomplish what He pleases. As Isaiah said, "No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper" - Isaiah 54:17. The survival of this remnant is a living testimony that the promises of God cannot be broken.

From Sorrows to Salvation
Before the full fury of Jacob’s trouble erupts, there will be the beginning of sorrows, birth pains that shake the earth and warn of what’s coming. These days will carry signs in the heavens, wars, famines, and unrest, but the church will have already been caught up, safely in the presence of the Bridegroom. The stage will be set for the covenant people to once again stand in the center of prophetic history.
During the this time, the Antichrist, first revealed as the Man of Sin, will have already forged his covenant with Israel. But in the middle of the 7 year covenant, the mask will drop when he receives a deadly wound by the sword and rises again, now fully possessed by the devil as the Son of Perdition. Even in that darkest hour, the remnant will be preserved by the hand of God. Their deliverance will lead to the awe-filled climax when the heavens burst open, and the Word of God appears in power and great glory. They will behold the One they pierced, and grief will grip them like the loss of an only son. Yet in an instant, that grief will be swallowed up by joy, for all Israel shall be saved - Romans 11:26.
Believer, we are part of another protected people, the body of Christ, already sealed with the Holy Spirit, already seated in heavenly places, already delivered from the wrath to come. Our salvation is complete, our inheritance is secure, and our place with Christ is unshakable. The same God who will preserve Israel in that day is the God who has preserved us now by grace through faith. We are His forever, and nothing in heaven or earth can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus.

Q: Is this card only useful in specific decks?
A: Mostly combo decks for synergies, and control decks for slowing the opponent down.
