The Bible Story Behind War In Heaven
Revelation reveals that a literal war will take place in heaven during Daniel's final week. Michael and the angels who remain faithful to God will fight against satan and his angels. War In Heaven presents a future heavenly conflict in which the dragon loses his remaining access to the heavenly realm.
Satan isn't merely a symbol of evil, but a real created being who rebelled against God and drew other angels into his fall. Though he has opposed God's purposes throughout history, his power has always remained limited. When the appointed moment arrives, Michael's host will prevail because the dragon can't resist the decree and authority of God.
Revelation 12:7 — “And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,”

The battle ends with satan and his angels being cast down to the earth, with no place found for them in heaven any longer. This expulsion will bring rejoicing in heaven but terrible consequences upon the earth, because the devil will descend in great wrath knowing that his remaining time is short. His defeat above will intensify his persecution of Israel and the saints living during the final portion of Jacob's trouble.
Revelation identifies the dragon as the old serpent, the devil, satan, and the deceiver of the whole world. He is also called the accuser of the brethren, but every accusation against those who belong to God is answered by the blood of the Lamb. Jesus Christ defeated the legal claim of sin through His death upon the cross and confirmed His victory by rising from the dead.
The casting down of satan won't complete his destruction, but it will mark another decisive stage toward it. His authority will become concentrated upon the earth for a brief period before Christ returns at Armageddon and destroys the beast's kingdom. The dragon may rage fiercely, yet each movement only carries him closer to the judgment God declared from the beginning.

War In Heaven Bible TCG Strategy
War In Heaven is a flexible Damage Event with a die Roll. Since it says Target Enemy, it can Target an Opponent or an Enemy Being. If War In Heaven Damages an Opponent, you Gain Bible Points equal to the Damage that Opponent takes. If it Damages an Enemy Being, it can weaken or Exile that Being, but Damage dealt to a Being doesn't give Bible Points.
Synergies
Die Roll Damage: War In Heaven deals Damage equal to the die Roll.
Direct Pressure: War In Heaven can Target an Opponent and help you Gain Bible Points.
Pray Synergy: Since War In Heaven is an Event that deals Damage, Beings with Pray can increase its Damage.

Questions and Answers
Q: If Opened Book Angel's Pray +3 is active, what is War In Heaven's possible Damage range?
A: A normal die result of 1 through 6 becomes 4 through 9 Damage.
Q: If I Roll a 6 while Targeting my Opponent with Pray +3 active, what happens?
A: War In Heaven deals 9 Damage, causing you to Gain 9 Bible Points.
Q: What happens if I Roll a 6 against a Being with unused Anointing?
A: Anointing ignores that entire Damage instance, even though the amount is 6 or more, and the Anointing is then used.
Q: Does Pray modify the die Roll itself?
A: No. Roll normally. Pray increases the Event Damage produced after the Roll determines the base amount.

Q: Why might a low Roll still be useful against an Anointed Enemy Being?
A: Even a small Damage instance can force the Target's unused Anointing to be spent, leaving it vulnerable to later Damage.
