Guarding Jerusalem is a 2 Faith Event from the Power Age that blends redeem and board defense into one potent package. When played, you redeem a verse (returning Faith verse to your hand) and create three 1/1 Men with Protect, creating an immediate defensive wall that must be challenged first, ideal for stalling aggression or setting up follow-up turns.
The City Without Walls
In the age to come, Jerusalem will shine in peace and abundance, a city without walls, yet stronger than any fortress ever built by human hands. Its streets will be filled with multitudes of people, its pastures rich with cattle and provision. This will not be the fragile peace of men’s treaties, but the everlasting security that flows from the presence of the King of kings who reigns in righteousness.
No army will breach its gates, for its gates will never close. Light will be its defense, and the glory of the Lord will be its covering. The words of the prophets will stand fulfilled, as Zechariah declared the vision of towns without walls, where life thrives under the hand of divine protection. It will be the dwelling place of joy, worship, and the unshakable rule of the Messiah.

While Jerusalem will rest in the shadow of His throne in that day, we even now abide in the fullness of His protection. No power in heaven, earth, or under the earth can break the bond we have in Him. In Christ, our citizenship is unshakable, our hope is sure, and our future is anchored in the eternal city whose builder and maker is God.
