The Bible Story Behind Opened Book Angel
In Revelation 10, John sees a mighty angel descend from heaven clothed with a cloud. A rainbow rests upon his head, his face shines like the sun, and his feet resemble pillars of fire. Opened Book Angel presents a powerful heavenly messenger arriving with authority over both the sea and the land during Daniel's final week.
The angel holds a little book open in his hand and cries with a loud voice like a lion roaring. Seven thunders answer him, but John is commanded to seal their words rather than record them. The vision therefore combines revealed prophecy with mysteries that God has intentionally withheld until His appointed time.
