Peace Beyond Effort
Unmerited Rest is a 3 Faith Event from the Power Age that grants Abundance, allowing the target friendly Being to Challenge twice this turn. It’s a high-impact tool for enabling sudden burst damage or securing key trades with powerful units.
The Deliverer from Zion
The day will come when all Israel shall be saved, not by their strength, nor by their traditions, but by the mercy of the Deliverer. Out of Zion, the King will come, and He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob, establishing righteousness across the land promised to their fathers. This will be a covenant fulfilled, not by human achievement, but by the steadfast promise of God spoken through the prophets.
This rest will be unmerited in every sense. It will be the culmination of centuries of longing, prophecy, and divine patience. The very One who walked the hills of Galilee will rule from Jerusalem, and the nation that once stumbled will stand clothed in His salvation. Peace will flow through their streets like a mighty river, and joy will rise from the hearts of the people like incense before the throne.
This card's verse is Romans 11:26:
"And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:"
The King’s reign will be rest without end, no war to prepare for, no enemy at the gate, no fear in the night. Every promise spoken to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob will stand as living truth. The God who parted the sea, who brought water from the rock, will sit enthroned in their midst, and His presence will be the light of their rest.

Peace Without Striving
In those days, Abundance will be more than provision, it will be the overflowing blessing of a people dwelling under the perfect government of their King. Fields will yield without toil, vineyards will pour forth without scarcity, and the fruit of the land will match the fruit of the heart, as the law is written within them.
This will be a rest untouched by threat or trouble. It will be the Sabbath of a nation, a continual reminder that salvation and peace are gifts of God, never earned by works, but received by faith in the One who is faithful. Israel will no longer chase after rest, they will live inside it. The Deliverer will be their song, their shield, and their portion forever.
Believer, our rest is already here in Jesus. The same Deliverer who will bring peace to Israel has already turned away our ungodliness and given us His righteousness. We live in His unbroken covenant of grace, where striving ends and peace reigns in our hearts. We do not wait for rest to come—we walk in it, because our life is hidden in the One who said, “Come unto me… and I will give you rest” - Matthew 11:28.
